Purchase an analog line license for each ONS port on a Foreign Exchange Subscriber (FXS) card in your EX server.
Check the Analog Line field in the System Capacity form to determine the number of available licenses. Subtract the number of used licenses from the number of purchased licenses
To program analog sets on an EX controller:
Hardware
Modules form.
Confirm the FXS (or the new FXS-LP) card that appears in the correct slot, under the Card Description field.
Note: The Hardware Modules is a read only form.
Gateway
Sets form.
Confirm the Gateway and Endpoint ID columns that show the available FXS ports.
Note: The Gateway Set is a read only form.
Add a new user or service in the Adding Users and Services by clicking on the Add button.
Note: Make the required changes in the Device Type field and the Device Details tab in the Programming section.
